Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Pradvion service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Pradvion provides an SDK and analytics dashboard that tracks AI API usage metadata from your applications to provide cost tracking, usage analytics, and billing features.

Pradvion does not provide AI model services directly and does not proxy or route your AI traffic. Our SDK captures metadata about AI calls made directly between your application and your chosen AI providers.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys. You must keep your API keys confidential and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

During the beta period, the Service is free to use with no event or project limits. We will communicate any changes to usage limits with advance notice before paid plans are introduced.

You agree not to use the Service in a way that would impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. Automated bulk requests outside of normal application usage may be rate-limited.

The Service is currently free during the beta period. Paid plans have not yet launched. We will notify all users by email before any paid plan takes effect. You will never be charged without prior notice and explicit consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all data processed by your applications. Pradvion stores only request metadata (token counts, cost, latency) and never the content of your prompts or AI responses.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Circumvent rate limits or authentication mechanisms.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of your upstream AI provider.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance on our status page. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services including AI providers or infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pradvion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. In cases of serious violation, termination may be immediate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
