Privacy Policy

Pradvion (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Pradvion SDK and dashboard available at pradvion.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Account information — your email address and hashed password when you sign up.
• Organization and project names — the names you give to your organizations and projects inside the dashboard.
• Request metadata — for each AI request tracked by the SDK: timestamp, provider, model name, input token count, output token count, estimated cost, latency in milliseconds, and HTTP status code.
• Usage billing data — aggregated request counts and costs used to enforce free-tier limits and calculate paid plan billing.

The following data is never stored, logged, or retained by Pradvion:

• The content of your prompts or messages sent to AI providers.
• The content of AI model responses.
• Any personally identifiable information about your end users.
• Conversation history or session data from your AI interactions.
• Images, files, or any other media sent to AI providers.

To be technically precise: your requests go directly from your application to your AI provider without passing through Pradvion servers. Our SDK captures only the metadata fields listed in section 2 after the response is returned. No prompt or response content ever reaches Pradvion infrastructure.

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Provide and operate the Pradvion SDK and dashboard.
• Generate cost and usage analytics visible to you in the dashboard.
• Enforce plan limits and calculate billing.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• Respond to support requests you initiate.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Account and metadata is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database on cloud infrastructure. We use encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). API keys are stored as salted hashes — we cannot recover your key if it is lost.

Access to production systems is restricted to the service operator. We do not employ third-party analytics on the dashboard application.

Request metadata is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

You send requests directly to the third-party AI providers that you configure. Their privacy policies govern how they handle the prompt content you send them. Pradvion never sees the content of these requests and does not control provider data practices.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your request logs in CSV format from the dashboard.

The dashboard uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
